As the name suggests the charcoal rules the roast here. The meat is marinated in special spices and then it is cooked on charcoal. Located in the Planet Yumm food court in Ascendas IT Park on OMR, it serves food which has the aroma of charcoal with it. The vegetarians has their choices fulfilled here too. They have combos which comes with briyani and chicken. Cooking at a very high temperature, the fat in the meat melts and the food is healthier to eat.
